If Georgia or Alabama wins the National championship will they be 2017 or 2018 National Champions?

Tony is correct Champions for 2017 and defending Champs for 2018

It'll be a good game.  The Rose Bowl sure was.  I don't even really like sports all that much and I am pretty excited for it.
