Title: .idraw file extension

I had a customer send me some of these files, which I can't open. It would seem we need to purchase iDraw to do so, which I understand is fairly cheap. But I thought I'd ask here if anyone could open them and convert them to something useful.

It would seem like the customer could save it in a different extension.
