Title: Shopworks users - packing slips
Post by: T Shirt Farmer on June 14, 2017, 09:56:31 AM
Shopworks is a bit lacking in the regards to packing slips and box labels. In regards to packing slip as you fill a box and enter the qty into to packing slip function it does not deduct qty boxed for order total ie.. you have 100 ea white large - you box 72 into 1ea carton and enter into packing slip - the total qty opened left to box should show 28 - so you have to manually keep track of totals.... am I missing something. The carton label function is really FUBAR you can only enter 1 item style per label, so if you have 10 red shirts, 10 blue shirts and 10 green shirts you would need to print 3 labels, I asked and they can not or will not alter the programing
so you can have multiple items on 1ea label.

If you are a Shopworks user how are you working around this, if not a Shopworks user what are you doing in your shop for manifest sheets and box labels?

Thanks
