Title: Which Vendors have data files set up for t-works
Post by: ericheartsu on January 01, 2013, 02:43:40 PM
So i'm stuck using this software, and i've been setting it up over the past couple of days. Obviously all of my vendors are closed for the holidays, but i'm wondering which of them will have vendor files set up for t-works manager?

I know i can make my own, but i'm waiting to see if any vendors have them pre-made and ready to go. I use TSC, TSF, and Sanmar primarily.

You download them straight from the tworks site from the vendor section. Request the zip password from joe and load them into tworks. I believe he has the 2012/later ones -just not listed but not much has changed on the 2011 sanmar version at least.

You can see the list of available vendors here:

http://t-worksmanager.com/vendors.html (http://t-worksmanager.com/vendors.html)

If you need pricing from a vendor that we do not carry, we also have a tutorial and sample files for formatting price lists that you can download from your vendor on the same link above.

On the other hand, this does put the information out there to all concerned.

I just went through and cleaned up the 2013 Va Tees catalogue and have it imported into t-works. Mine only has case pricing but it's still a good file. Took for flippin' ever to fill in the blanks and remove superfluous rows and stuff. If anyone needs it or wants to criticize my crappy data manipulation just send me a note.
