Title: Teflon sheet replacement
Post by: farmboygraphics on January 08, 2024, 02:18:49 PM
I've been using the roller squeegee from Action for years. My only complaint is that the heat warps the sheet and it touches the print at times when I don't want it to,
transferring ink where it doesn't belong. I was watching a Stampinator video for replacing the sheet on I and got thinking maybe something similar
would work on a screen. So in the photo I lock down the left clamp and then turn the rod by hand snugging the rod up against the right clamp and then
setting the clamp when it's taught. The clamp just keeps it from unfurling. I have no idea if this will work as I hope. The most I'll be out is the cost
of the sheet and rod. fyi...I used double sided banner tape on the length of the rod to attach the edge of the sheet. Thoughts?
