Title: probleme print
Post by: Mitchel on February 14, 2019, 10:55:32 AM
Hi All

I'm in set-up mode here and I still see an image like sunlight in the light blue, can someone help me to find the solution?
This is what I have done since this morning,
I have a automatic press MHM 12/10 and the logo has 4 base colors.
I changed the base frame
I change the color frame
I change the squeege
and it's still this problem

Thank
Michel,

is the underbase dry?

Along with this, if the light spot is consistently located, perhaps it is not fully under your flash.

Change to a different mesh count.  Try a 230 or something around there for you highlight colors

Same result on all platens?  Almost looks like adhesive issues

Sounds like a flash problem to me also, I've run into that a time or two and flashing help and sometimes flashing again just made it worse, so I would think overflash where the ink just won't adhere to that spot.

Hi All
Thank for your HELP  :D

Here is how I solve the problem, for begin I will answer the question, we use flash IR, yes this product on each pallet, actually I also think of the tape and I remove all, but no luck. ..

So here's how I made, first of all, I impressed in this way, the base in 125 mesh and the colors in 157mesh, as I saw that many of you use a base of 157 mesh and for the colors 230 mesh, I told myself that I will start by changing background in 157 to see how it will go and subsequently change the colors to 230 mesh.
yesterday with problem I am back to my base 125 mesh and its all right, so! I imagine if I have to change the background in 157 mesh and the color also in 230 mesh to have no more moire,

Thanks
Michel,
