I'm thinking about getting one soon. Can you all lay the pros and cons on these for me?
Any other brands i should be looking at aside from
M&R
Lotus Holland
Grunig
thanks!

I would add RhinoTech, Inpro and CCI to that list of machines to check out.

I like our Eco-Tex. Here are a list of things I would change.
Have Ink wash in a separate chamber
The ability to slow down the up and down speed of the pressure washer, and increase pressure on washer.
Some sort of chemical filtering.
It is a good starter auto reclaim machine, but trying to keep chemicals balanced is a pain in the ass when they are in the same tank. I hear they are working on something new though.

M&R has a new inline where the chems are separate.... It's quite badass

@luckyflyinroush - did you get the mini or the regular ecotex?
-
Hey All
I guess the better question is this - how many do you need to do a day and how many will you need to be doing in 1-5-7-10 years?
we went with CCI because the machine can give me 5-600 ready screens in 7 hrs. Chems will always cost more than you use now irregardless of which unit you purchase.
DO YOUR HOMEWORK and visit shops with machines you are interested in - DO NOT listen to salesmen or manufacturers. Talk to the operators, not the owners!!
Good Luck

Are you actually getting ready screens, meaning ready to emulsion?
Degreased, no haze, no post washing?
Are you only plastisol, or do you do water base, HSA, Solvent inks as well?
How does it work on reclaimable hardened screens?
-
Ready screens - done and ready to coat. one or two to dehaze but easy....... done on the side and re-ran through.
All plastisol.........
