Looking for the name of the product for holding down jackets with the inner liner...on the pallet. While doing searches for a “Jacket hold down clamp” or Jacket clamp, those don't get me anything. No results. What else would they be called?

If the shop you are in has embroidery there is a real cheap jacket hold down with a little work.
Get an embroidery jacket hoop.
Trace out the OUTSIDE of the INNER hoop onto a piece of 3/4 MDF, or Plywood, or melamine .
Stick that on your pallet with whatever method available. We used dould sided tape or made a wooden clamp for the underside, there are several ways to attach the new pallet.
Throw on the jacket AND use the embroidery OUTER HOOP to fit down and stretch and hole the jacket.
This was was for us we have tools and it was on a manual press....just a thought
if you are handy you can get away with spending less that $30.00
