Title: Curing multiple Virus Optimoon white prints
Post by: TCred on August 16, 2017, 05:08:10 PM
Just a quickie.

Using Virus Optimoon white on a three position print, black 100% cotton shirts. ROQ gas dryer set usually to 320F and 3 minutes.

Concerned about over curing and fabric damage.

Wondering if I should reduce the drying time on the first two prints so the ink is just dry and then back up to three minutes for the last one, or just cure the three prints as normal.

Cure as normal.

Cotton shirts at 320 degrees = no issues.

We run at 325 here to cover any dryer dips :)

Thank you sir, job is under way.

Virus Optimoon sure gives beautiful whites, but it thickens up quickly in the screen and needs attention to keep it running.

Yup, all HSA whites tend to evaporate a bit.....
