If they're on this list of clients, you can't do it without a license.  YOU.  You, as the producer, have to have the license.

and its really hard to justify the license, I hold a bunch, and every year I think about cancelling.  To many hoops.

Thanks King. I thought so, but I also seem to remember someone here mentioning an exception for when it's okay.

We cancelled, you almost need a full time person to deal with it.
