I'll be interested in hearing the solution here.  I've always thought paper loading (or failure) was a physical action, not an optical one of "seeing" a successful load vs. a "trigger" sensor switch indication.  Color me curious.

Private listings / 6X6 CHAMELEON FOR SALE
« Last post by bimmridder on Yesterday at 05:00:17 PM »
It's just taking up room in my garage. Good shape older 6x6 M&R Chameleon with side clamps and 16x22 pallets. I have 3 no name flashes as well. $750.00 for all of it. You haul it or pay for shipping. I have no way to get it on a truck. If you want pictures I can send or try to figure out to put them on here. Located in Cedar Rapids, IA (that's Iowa). I'll throw in a '06 Sportster XL 1200 C for $3,000. The wife wants them both gone. Otherwise it might be me that's gone.  Message me if interested

there are two types of film. one is is matt and sorta milky while the other one is clear. The matt type is called waterproof and it's what probably should be used.
What are you using? Thinking is that if you are using clear that would explain the problems printer is having with recognizing the film...

Good point. Since I have always used pigment inks, I have also always used the "frosty" film.

Just checked the ET15000 manual and shows same print window you have but mine is not. So now will try and figure that part out.
Let me know about RIP though. Thanks

I use no RIP.  In fact, as I mentioned, I hardly ever even make films as I have someone else handle most screen printing for me nowadays.

Well hell I'm on X18 and have the ransom version (Subscription) on another computer. My print window defaults to my old one from R1800 minus lots of options under the ET15000 annoying at best. Will try web search on how to maybe get different print window. If that don't work will bug you some more. Thanks again.

Thanks for information what program are you using to print from? The print window is different from mine. I use Corel and did try from PDF viewer just to see. My thought was to mimic your setup from print window then work out bugs with Corel selections later. Your help is much appreciated.
