I am about to print on some typical fruit of the loom pocket tshirts (supplied to me by the customer). I have the little pocket clamp thingy you put on the pallet. Never used it before. Is there anything special I need to know about it ebfore I print on the pockets? It looks simple enough..looks like a little metal deal that slides onto the pallet...elevates the pocket up....seems simple.

The pocket attachment will raise your print area so much that your screen if placed in the head like normal will come down on it at a steep angle. Best thing to do is shim the screem till it is at the correct height and off contact in relation to the pocket attachment. Other than that there is nothing hard really nor different when printing.

I'm a little surprised that they didn't include hard copy instructions, or did they and you are still just getting your ducks in a row?
Here's the instruction page from the website, assuming this is what you have.
What seems nice about this attachment over just a plain small board, is that it provides a nice "shelf" for the shirt to lay, rather than dangling down.

You can print 4 shirts at the time :)
I have 2 of these that can print up to 7. I had an order of welding beanies, printed 7 at the time.

Got an order today for just under 500 on the pocket and above the pocket print...I got a lazer setup any other ideas do knock this out on the auto with buying a bunch of new pallets that I will only use once. I wish Action would rent you some pallets for a few days...that would work great for me.

I put the pocket master on the other end of the pallet.fold the tees over and pull them straight back into the pocket master.

came out good..the first 2 I did, the logo was off center of the pocket..I couldn't understand why at first...its 2 capital letters...and I ASSUMED the center of the log was between the two letters....I was wrong...i moved my pocket thingy to the center of the pallet anout a 1/4" and was perfect. They liked the shirt so much they ordered 20 more for next week. I'm FINALLY getting some biz after 2 months of nothing!. You can view the shirt at my facebobk page...ink floyd designs.
Thanks for the insight everyone.
