So when the customer creates the image using this software, how is the artwork sent to us?
Is it vector artwork sent to us or is it's a JPG file mockup and a list of the clipart file name and font file names that were used so that we have to actually recreate the artwork ourselves?

How mobile friendly is it? 98% of the people visiting our website are on a phone usually.

I asked if you could add artwork for customers to use. They said starting next week you can but there will be a fee.

So who is printing the shirts the customer or you? Embroidery or dtg offered.

Hey JasonMoore,
If the customer uses our artwork the files are all vector (SVG). If the customer uploads they have 8 Different format options (AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, SVG, JPG, GIF, PNG). The artwork files are in separate attachments. The mock-up files are PNG for basic reference/placement and also in separate attachments. Yes, you also receive the text and name of the fonts that were used. All this information is also stored in the back-end when you login at our website. We keep a 90 backup of any Quote Requests you receive (zipped) in case an emails is lost or deleted. You can access these anytime you login.

It is mobile friendly and we are doing minor changes to make it even more friendly on all phones and tablets.

We don't offer printing or embroidery. You can ask around on here and find an awesome local shop!

Sorry. I misunderstood you. Your shop does the printing. When you sign up with us you have your own Design Studio that your customers can use. After they design what they are looking for all the information gets emailed to you.

We have been using this since at least last summer, maybe before, id have to look. Our customers are using it more and more. So for us its been worth it so far.

It would be nice if there was a swatch for transparent so that the shirt would show through when transparent was applied to part of the template or clipart.

Hey Doug,
You would have to call us about that request. I'm not sure there is a clear swatch that can be applied?
Although, not sure if this will help but if you login at our website and go to your Quotes Tab. There is a download link to the right of each quote you receive. When you download that zip file it has additional files that are not in the attachments you receive in your email. Those files are the mock-ups without the items in the background.

Is it possible to completely disable the online quote functionality of this and just use it as a standalone design studio only?
We don't want to offer online dollar quotes because there's simply too many variables to make it highly accurate, but having the ability for the customer to go to our site and use the design building functionality of this software and then sending the mockup with their art files, fonts etc would be nice.
