Source for custom chenille appliqué like Varsity letters.

Anyone know of a source for custom chenille appliqué like Varsity letters?  Low quantity such as 12. The design will be pretty big for this. 11”across and 3”tall with the word ORGANICS with each letter being a different color chenille. We then need to stitch it onto the garment.
