There is apparently some inconsistentcy with WB/PC Red 6364. I called it in, lab confirmed, and got the return RMA# and it leaves today replacement on its way. Great customer service. Probably doesn't apply to anyone here but you can PM me for batch #. Big problem for us as it throws off all formulas that use this PC but it has been quickly resolved.
It's a rare problem but comforting to know they stand by their products.

That sucks that there was an inconsistency but excellent that they resolved it and were honest!

Update: less than 24 hrs and new lot# arrived.......before I could even send the old one back.
Who are they trying to be?......M&R?
