Anybody using cci  hxt emulsion other than screenprintingguy. Any pros and cons?

just used it today for the first time on a discharge job of 30 pieces, no problems on press, but it broke down immediately at washout.  Probably wouldn't have lasted many more prints.  I exposed it for 500 light units on my 3140.  I want it to work, need to try again.

500 light unit means expose on 90 sceonds.

Wow... We have done exposure test (two) and we were probably less than half that on our 3140... That is with a pretty thick coat, I'll have to check notes.

Seemed solid, but we didn't run any prints.

After reading all that praise in another thread, we'll give it a whirl.  Provided it makes the journey with freezing/thawing that is.
