Title: How are these effects done.

How are these effects done. The swirl like off a tirte splash look. See attached.
I am using photoshop cs4 and cs6. If a special effect which one or ones.

It is all vetor stuff.. illustrator or corel.. Not photoshop.. in my opinion, and from years of doing similar things?

Really then I need to figure it out. I have corel x6 and ill cs4 and cs6. I will try. Can you point me in the right direction of how to. I most familiar will corel somewhat in ill. Trying to learn more.

It looks to be a bunch of brush splatters rotated in a circle. There are tons of free splatter brush sets out there. It can be done in PS or Illustrator. Just depends on which one you are comfortable with. Just google splatter brushes and that should get you what you need.

Also for a lot of years I was a paying member to Action Illustrated,, you will find all those brushes in there and can buy individual for $10.00 each.. New Illustrator, I think from CS6 you can paint with your own brushes.. Also Sullyman, contributer on here offered great set of those brushes for sale.. I bought them $35.00.. saves hours.. they really work well, he is easy to deal with and will help you through the loading process.. Lot of help available.. just get your compass and go looking

Not to mention the bazillion free brushes out there as well...
