Title: puff additive

bit of a blast from the past but I have customer that wants puff,
I have an old qrt. of CPI colonial ink puff additive, but can't find them on the web , so I'm not sure what the mix qty. might be.
  Anyone want to hazard a guess ? I'm going to try 10% to start.

IC's additive says 10-15% by weight
