there is nothing illegal about somebody laying the text out and converting it to curves and then sending it to the original poster. Sending the commercial fonts would be a no, no though.

It's a "pay a lot" font actually. Their stuff is very nice though... As Pierre said, if a member has it and lays it out for sale or barter as vectors, that is certainly OK.

Nice thing about the popular expensive fonts someone usually makes similar versions for free.
