I have been running for over a month now with my new dryer. I have a donut probe to check the inks, but I'm just checking to see if my settings are in line with what other people are doing. It's a sprint 2k, 12 feet of heat, 48" belt. With the settings below, I'm getting a full 320 just before the shirt leaves the dryer.
If I'm doing 50-70 doz an hour, I set the dryer at 370 and 15 ft/min
Below 50 doz an hour is 350 at 10 ft/min
Discharge inks at 340 and 5-6 ft/min to give 90 secs at 320
What is the highest temp to safely run the dryer if you need maximum output?

The dryer can run at 425 all day with no problem.

Here are a few settings we've used over the last few years. 12' heat.
Plastisol:
375 @ 20'/min
390 @ 22
365 @ 18
Discharge:
350 @ 10
340 @ 8
330 @ 6
