Title: Burnout garment printing
Post by: sben763 on March 06, 2014, 10:09:26 AM
I had a customer want some burnout tanks but didn't want their logo to be distressed. After several tries I came up with this and it seems to work.

Where the logo is being printed I put a hot peel plastisol transfer paper then I light mist of spray adhesive.(had to go buy a can as I only use water base). Print flash print then under base with I underbased the entire design even the black. Then a flash before coming off press. Lift with the transfer paper and send though dryer. Remove transfer paper immediately.

I am going to test the durability a little more before doing a production run. When I do I will take pics.
