To our surprise, we have about 110+ nylon satin "awards" style jackets in the hopper, across two different jobs. These things must be making a tiny comeback or something. We're veering hard toward just heat pressing after looking at hold down costs, etc and considering that groups ordering this type of product often need "just a couple more".
Is it possible to press the nylon stain without issues? Planning on using a good pillow and the best quality cad material we can find of course.

I've done some sashes like they wear in beauty contests.
No issues, but nylon does require it's own heat seal films.

Great, thanks Frog. My supplier recommended Siser Easyweed Extra for nylon. Seals at 320˚F. I'm thinking we'll also get one of those pillows to help avoid any heat platen edge problems.
