Wanted to introduce myself... My name is Mat Woodworth and I am a screen print designer now venturing out into the entrepreneurial waters! I worked several years as the main designer at a screen print shop helping them increase profitability each year and wondered if it was something I could carry over into my own personal pursuits! So in January I made the leap and started my own graphic design company offering everything from logo work to screen print designs, banners, etc. Anything vector related though I've got Photoshop experience as well. I'm excited to see what becomes of my participating in the forum here. Looking forward to making connections and learning a ton and helping wherever applicable.

I am open to ideas for improvement/clarity/direction with my site and business overall! I know the kinds of work I love to do but would love to fine-tune it!

I was referred to the shirt board by my friend and colleague, fellow TSB member, "MrTees!!!" I've enjoyed learning from him and his vast experience over the past few years. I've got a lot of respect for him and appreciate his assistance and advice.

I am here to learn, and I look forward to getting to know this community. I've got a lot of respect for you guys here. Hope to chat with you all more in the near future!

...Mat spent a full day with me here last Friday, training me on some basics for Illustrator. Now, I can at least do color replacement and print seps in Illy, soooo (and this is good news for the rest of the board)...hopefully my days of asking you guys about cross-platform, Illy-to-Corel issues are coming to an end!

....we are also working on a custom Mr. Tees drawing for a shop shirt, that will be a 60's Rat-Rod style of our mascot. Should be a fun project, and I will post up some of that in the "show your work" thread when we can get to it.

...Mat, lots of nice and experienced folks here. I have been at this for 23 years and I still learn something new here all the time! Enjoy!!
