Title: Need a screen print plant manager

Good Morning!  I am a growing screen printer  on the gulf coast of Alabama. I NEED a plant manager, preferably one with leadership skills, M&R knowledge, and the ability to train new printers. I have a nice , reasonably clean 18,000 ft facility and five presses. We are gaining market share and I believe we are already the largest printer/embroider on the coast. We are 14 years old and financially stable.
