Title: AOP & Tagless printing in 1 setup
Post by: Action1 on April 14, 2014, 12:19:51 PM
AOP & Tagless printing in 1 setup. New Pallet Design Prints the entire front of the shirt and the inside neck label. This pallet has been long in the making and will be immediately available for Kornit Digital Machines. The pallet can also be used on almost all screen printing machinery.

Doesn't quite fit what I would call an "all over print", but my standard prints range up to 15x21 without any kind of upcharge or pallet change.  The idea is awesome though and I could definitely use this.  What's the price with an m&r bracket?

Thanks for the comments. We're still trying to nail down the right price. I hope to have something more concrete to report soon.

Had the pleasure of visiting Erik at his Atlanta area facility today.  Everything first class as I expected.  I agree my definition of all over printing is a bit different however this fixture does allow very large non traditional location prints to be easily done.

The ability to print label branding/size/compliance info at the same time is a plus.  With a little practice a skilled loader should be able to keep up 'normal' production rates when you consider you are printing 2 locations at the same time.

Thanks for the tour Erik!

That is a rad concept but I'm failing to see how a screen would survive that over a long run.  Might be a better technique for presses the print form the center out but even then it seems a little rough going if printing at water based pressure.

Thank you for taking the time to visit us Greg & for the positive comments about our new facility. I would agree that the name of this special pallet could be improved. I would welcome any suggestions from our friends here on a better name or description. I suppose the reason I used AOP was due to the ability to reach the neck and shoulder seam.
