Title: Full button baseball jerseys

Any one got any helpful tips/hints for printing across the front? Or even a suggestion in a better direction to go would help. I usually heat press these when I need to but the order is looking like 500 so I really don't want to be cutting that much vinyl. Its going to be red and white on blue it looks like.

Baseballs not big over here and never seen or screened one. But from what I can imagine. I would spend the time making decent jigs with button hole/holes to push them into and print. Id mask the underside where the screen will fall on the button/buttons to make sure u don't tear the screen. Either wood or maybe neoprene could work better seen as there are probably seems also to battle with.
