I second citra paste. Breaks the ink down to something that can be rinsed right off the screen. Low odor as well.

No its a liquid that can be used in a spray bottle, its a little oily. Spray on use a pad to scrub into the ink then rinse off.

We've been using Citrapaste for years, and lately have been spiking it with a little TS-305 to clear
out the areas where tape hits plastisol, IE reg marks.

Still have a gallon of the Envirosolve sitting here, couldn't get it to do anything.

yep we are coming to that conclusion as well.  Also no suppliers in Houston carry it, it has to come from Dallas or CA

Ozzy juice! You can buy it at Grainger. It has an active microbe and is mind blowing how well it works on plastisol. Best I have ever seen.

we use Plastiwash here too... actually just hold the whole screen above the parts washer and quickly hit both sides with the gong brush... then rinse in the sink... 99.9% of the ink is gone before it goes in the dip tank..

i like the plastiwash, we use it in our parts washer and as a press wipe.  Works great, dries pretty quick.

I just got a sample of ICC 936, it works good , but the price and smell will keep me away from that, CCI paste is my choice so far.

one of my customers sells Ozzy stuff.  We sew that logo on his shirts all the time.  I am getting a 5er to try out.  It's cheaper than just about anything else out there.
