Title: Wilflex IMS software label printer problem

Who out there is using the IMS software (Wilflex mixing software) and is using a label printer that actually works with the software.

I'm having a software issue that isn't allowing me to print to the label printer (Brother 1050 4x6 label printer that does print other things we send to it)

IF you are printing labels from yours.. what printer are you using.

I've contacted them 4 times now.. and still waiting for a solution.

We do. One of the Zebra LP244 printers UPS used to give out.
I vaguely remember going through hell getting it setup though...

I've used the Zebra in the past as well and yeah it was a pia to setup.

I just figured 10 years later that wilflex would have fixed it by now.

We use the Zebra printer, but it is with the CCI system. Set up was the same as any printer.... Maybe we just got lucky!
