Title: Corel X6
Post by: Texas Slick on April 29, 2014, 03:25:10 PM
Howdy,
The previews for raster files won't showup when I go to look for a graphic. It used to work. I just got a new computer and installed 6 and I can't view previews always could before. Everything's turned on but just get a blank preview.
Thanks

If you mean when you are searching for one to open, the button on the right activates the preview pane, the left how the files are displayed.
I think that this is a standard Windows window.

And, if your problem is something else, I'm sorry.

Awww crap I posted a solution for this ages ago on the forum, it was solution for losing thumbnail previews when switching machines. I will try and look for it but it will take a while.

Thankya guysw,
I finally figured it out. Go to start/default programs/associate a file type with program pick file type/change program and it works. Usually use either Corel or Windows file viewer.
Any od y'all using X7 yet. Got it downloaded but not installed.

My solution concerned thumbnails created in 32bit windows then switching to 64bit anyways.
