And what opens it?

And of course, can someone open it for me if I can't?

I already, of course, have a bad feeling on this one.

It's some kind of html file I think. Try opening it in a web browser like Explorer or Firefox.

Sounds like they attached it as a mistake or they are ending a link to a file on the internets.
