Got a fun order of beach towels to print this weekend.
there's 3 it's gonna be a good sized prints (24x2 inch print on either 'end' of the towel and a 14x24 print in the middle.
we're printing on the Anvil 'towels plus' T340 mid-weight towels.
using Rutland WB ink...
anybody have suggestions on how much lubricant and penetrant to add? (more than the normal 5% of each like I do for white tshirts?)?
also.. I'm assuming a lower mesh count to get more ink down? is 156 low enough? or should I drop to say a 110?

We did our first run of beach towels last Friday, have done rally and hand towels in the past. Nazdar water base navy 230 mesh (should have run a 156) heavy pressure 18"x9" image 700 of them, took about two hrs to run. I just added enough ink to print for 20-30 min at a time, refilled as necessary. The ink traps were the trick keeping the ink over the image area. Also first time using CCI Aqua block which worked flawlessly.
