Title: Pallet Tape, what`s hot what`s not?
Post by: Rockers on June 12, 2014, 08:17:04 AM
What are you guys using and why or which one you would rather not use.
We are going through some stuff from TransferRite but I think it`s rather low tack and not very suited for our needs. What else is out there?

Transferbrite sucks tried it and used it up as fast as possible. All we use is Rtape damn expensive but worth it.

Medium or high tack. I prefer medium tack. Is your low tack coming off too easily or pulling up? Think the stuff I have right now is TransferRite Medium tack.

It is the same thing as the vinyl transfer tape. Rebranded as a pallet tape and more expensive.

I`m not sure if this will happen regardless of what tape you use, but when layering the tape on our auto pallets the top layer always releases easily from the layer underneath or is getting wrinkles after applying glue.

What size roll do you use?  I have the 16" and 18" R-tape in stock, and can ship USPS today.

I've been using a TransferRite tape and it seems to work just fine, though it's actually a medium tack vinyl transfer tape rather than a pallet specific tape.

I'm interested to here the various widths these come in?  Looking for a good 3" tape that is durable yet not too thick...and comes in colors. Not just black for example.
