Just the New England part, if I can't come up the General Services part, I'm in the wrong trade. Obviously it's embroidered, we will be screening this...

I hate trying to match embroidery fonts, there aren't always ttf equivilents......
anyway the capital N and E are called Sloop Script on my computer.
The rest of the script doesn't match so I'm guessing 2 different fonts were used.
Try Old Script or Flemish Script for the lower case text.

thanks Diane. Seems to me a discussion about this kind of font was had in the last couple of weeks here. What is the word for those flourishes? Just can't dig it out of my sub-conscious.

glyphs? Ligatures? swishes? swatches?
If you need the font, let me know, I'll be glad to email to you

Glyphs and ligatures are the words I was looking for. It's a freebie, downloaded and running, thanks again.

I have one called Alexis Copperplate that I think matches. God Bless.
