We bought one of these laser setups from Brian (Binkspot)
Its been on the floor for around 2 months.
What a cool unit. We put ceiling mounts above each machine, and move it back and forth
as needed. Makes aligning pocket prints super easy. No more guess work.
Also - prints on onesies, prints on shirt sides..
So, shout out to Brian for great innovation.
Highly recommended for all shops that are looking for consistency on those problem print locations.

Agreed, we use the laser alignment on the autos, with heat press application, and hat hooping, it makes sure the seam on the front of a 6 panel cap is exactly where you want it.
Great tool!

Can someone pm me his contact info? I meant to grab one some months ago, and forgot all about it!

Thanks for the kind words I tried my best to offer an affordable durable unit. I appreaciate any feed back positive or negative. It's the only way to improve the product.
Because of the feed back I will be rolling out some new models, options and mounting starting in October to better suit needs.
If your interested just pm me your email address and I will send the info.

Either way AC or two AA batteries which will last a long time.

What's a rough cost on something like this?

I am very impressed by how bright the lasers look in what appears to be bright light
my 'rigged' system with harbor freight lasers is never bright enough to be of much use to us.
Might have to look into upgrading.

Brian doesn't play around... he gets the good stuff. ;)

They are $300.00 out the door including shipping to the lower 48. Your choice AC or battery and choice of patterns.

I have wanted one of these but haven't pulled the trigger. I haven't decided how I want to mount it but love how John dropped it from the ceiling.
Brian, what are some of the options your looking to offer in October? Not sure if I should wait or just make it happen, my HF lasers drive me nuts.

Another shout out to Brians Laser...ours came last week and I was putting off a job until it showed up...logo smack in the middle of the section of tie-dyed shirts that was white. This thing saved us about 3 hrs at least...we've used this daily ever since from everything from ladies tanks to certain specs where the customer wanted logos 3 inches above lower seams. This thing saves us a lot of time which saves us a lot of $$. Well worth it.
I never even thought of it for the caps...thanks for sharing that...definitely going to get some use out of this thing.

Without saying to much a third power option, a slightly cheaper two arm, another style arms and a heavy duty one. Basically same units with some added options. In reality all but the third power option I can start building and shipping by the end of August. I was just going to roll them all out at the same time and do not have the pricing structure done yet.
There are also plans for an emb one for hooping

Third power option? What are you gonna put a hamster wheel in that thing?
Heavy duty? Gonna be a laser cutter? :)

Hydrogen ball reactor, won't have to refuel it for 60 years, down side disposal of the spent fuel.
Yes it will have the ability to zap the loader and unloader if they screw up and cut custom pallets on the press.
