Title: Mutoh Falcon help needed

I have a Mutoh Falcon. I've never used it, and am finally try to get it going now that I have a rip (flexi).

I keep getting an error, "undefined paper" when I turn it on.

I'm not sure what is wrong and can not find too much information on google.

Yes, there is media in it. Its a roll and I have it set to roll (not sheet or take up).

I did see something about there sensor could need to be cleaned. Where is this and how do you do it.
