Title: What font is this

I have been trying to find this font The (PIRATE) Text does anyone recognise it. Also the raised letter effect how is that being done.

Pretty close to a tweaked Impact

The effects are going to have to be someone else's suggestions

I think I can use that. Thanks Frog.  I will see if someone comes up with the raised letter effect.

In Photoshop, just use the "Bevel & Emboss" and "Outer Glow" effects to get it looking like the original.  You may have to dial in the effects a bit to get it exactly the same, but the presets for those effects will get you pretty close.
