Title: pallets
Post by: ericheartsu on September 17, 2014, 03:23:39 PM
We need to order some new sizes for our new press!

Whats everyone using? We typically have some oversized plattens, some standard 16x22s, and a youth/tote bag platten. We will also be having a sleeve platen as well.

What sizes do you all normally keep for your autos!

On our Javelin without removable pallets, we have 14x18 pallets... that way we can fit everything from a youth XS through whatever on it.

On our Sportsman that we just ordered, we'll have 16x22 as well as 12x22 pallets for youth sizes.

On our Kruzer, we have qty 4  - 16x22,  qty 1 12x22, qty 1 8x22 and qty 4 4x22.

We prefer the 12x22 as well.  they are long enough to help you load straight and fit all youth and ladies junior fit and can still print an 11" wide logo.  10" wide is just too small.

lot of 16x22
18x26
12x22
10x22
4x22 sleeve
baby onesie platens
jacket clamp
couple hat clamp platens

only thing we are really missing is 6" wide for bigger leg prints / small totes maybe

5"/8"/10"/14"/18"

I wish we had 16" instead of changing between the 14 and 18 all day long.

If you are buying new sleeve pallets, get the tapered ones, so you can print close
to the cuff and ON front pockets.
