What's the best out there?
Wiflex Epic Super Opaques are pert near unprintable out of the bucket, but ok with a bit of base stirred in. Looking for ones that run well straight out of the bucket and have a little opacity to them (i.e., some white mixed in) but still lots of punch. Medium to heavier body is preferable here since the neon plasi prints typically need to a thicker film to get the brightness/effect across.
Needs to be phthalate free.
We got spoiled on DC fluoros so I figured I would find the very best plasti neon inks to ease the pain when they just need to be ran.

I was really happy with the neon sample One Stroke sent me. It was the EZ flo series. http://www.onestrokeinks.com/neon-ink.html (http://www.onestrokeinks.com/neon-ink.html)

Looks nice. How's the brightness/"neoness" with this higher opacity series? They're claiming a PFP ability on dark sweats so it's either magic ink or there's a good deal of white in there.

I'll post a photo tomorow of a pfp with the one stroke and a UBed normal neon so you can see

Can't speak for much else but we have a Maxopaque Aurora Pink from Union that is PFP on darks and it looks great! Not sure I'd call it NEON... but it's rich and popular with the ladies (just like me).

Thx!
One Stroke is direct sales only, FOB Kentucky?
It looks like they are CPSIA compliant all around, but I'll need to call them and double check on that.
