Title: ASPE Machine
Post by: vwyob on October 15, 2014, 09:02:38 AM
We have one and its showing an 'air pressure not present' fault. The manual is not too revealing i'm afraid. There is air going in and at the correct psi. No audible leakage sound. Any ideas?

Cheers

Call Alex @ ASPE, he can give a work around until you can get the part.

If I remember correct it the air presser sensor, an easy bypass & fix. I just can't remember what two wires to bypass together right now off the top of my head.

We have had that problem a lot. Will you post the results/fix?

What is the worse that would happen if you didn't have air and it thought you did?

I'm thinking that sensor is not needed, but maybe I don't get the bigger picture of the potential issue.

It could be as simple as a piece of dirt got stuck in the office of the pressure switch or maybe just a bad switch that will make and break when it wants. Should just be a simple NO switch. It also could just be a bad or loose connection.
