Title: Exporting Corel file into Illy - How do you the spot colors?

I have a customer that is receiving a Corel file to be opened in Illustrator. The customer is exporting out of Corel as an eps. The pantone colors keep getting converted to CMYK colors.
What are the steps to maintain the pms colors (from Corel)?

It needs to be an eps format.
