I can not get these things to sit still on the pallet. I have tried brush tac, mist spray and web spray. Does anyone have any experience/advice for these?
Thanks,
matt

Staples work, roofing nails too.
the stuff just sucks, and lord help you if you have to flash them a bit as sometimes they will just float off the pallet after a flash.
lots and lots' of glue, flash mist type adhesive helps a bit, but it's still not 100% good. We tend to build a base of web adhesive and then go flash/mist on top, but sometimes 4-5 coats of them while the platens heat up prior to printing on the auto, then flash/mist adh. before every new shirt.

okay! I hate these. When I don not soak these in glue they shift. When I soak them in glue it all sticks to inside of shirt.
I think I am telling this client to pick something or someone else.

We've done the 8800 tank. No more glue than normal (we use Tekbond ). But we only offer one color print. We tint poly ink.
