So I couldn't let everyone else show off their new toys and let our new ones slip by. Maybe not as cool as what some of you guys down south are getting in, but that's like your opinion, man. ;D ;D
Don't have a exact date but guessing early 90's editions.....

Congrats Alex! We're hoping to upgrade from our washing board / clothes line next year if business is good. Fingers crossed!

Hey, clotheslines have saved dozens of minor scorched T's for me over the years.
-
Thanks guys.... Only downside is the dryer is electric, not gas. Well you can't win them all!
Thanks for playing along guys, stressful crappy day so far, and I really needed to let off steam.
-
But did you pay CASH?
-
You get all the cool sh!t. Now I'm really going to have to come up and visit.
-
a bit off topic, but what are those horizontal bars coming off what looks like heatpresses in the background?
-
The press goes from platten to platten.
When one is pressing you line the other one up, rinse and repeat.
-
O I'm stupid. I see now that it's a shuttle press. Oops!
-
wish one of those would hit my dock!
-
Hell we don't have a dock >:(

Sincerely jealous. I can't seem to find space for even a compact setup in here but how nice it would be not have to take home everything to wash samples of.
Thread jack- What shuttle presses are those? I really like the design.
-
And it`s a top loader too. Cool stuff.

I know, I know, I know guys that puppy is pretty sweet, even came with a discharge hose. ;D
This was just supposed to be a joke post to blow off some steam earlier today. I will say one of the small advantages of living up here where it is cold as hell already, is we have basements. Our space is not a "warehouse" it is actually a old corner grocer from 1910 with like 4 additions. Wood floors, which suck for the most part, but like I said it gives me a basement! You wouldn't believe the crap I have down there! Bottom of the stairs is a perfect place for a washer/dryer. We have been dabbling in a bunch of "in house" hybrid ink mixtures and I have been bringing a grocery bag full of tests home every night. 5 minutes, Craigslist and $50 later, we have our own IN HOUSE Testing Department ;D

The presses are actually from a little endeavor of mine 4 or 5 years ago, oh yes, I was going to import and sell heat transfer machines..... Never panned out, I spend too much time involved with the shop! So those puppies are prototypes of what we were going to sell. The small one(4'x4") has been a workhorse and has probably seen 20,000 tagging impressions! I saw at a ISS show a year or two back someone is selling the same design under the name Bulldog or something.
I actually have a large 2 station air operated one that is a different design I would let go for damn near nothing if someone wants it. Works fine, I just don't need as many as we have ever since closing down our other store front a while ago.
-
How much :D
-
Let me get the platen measurements tomorrow first, it is big. If I remember correctly, it needs a 25amp->30amp 110 dedicated line.
-
Good to know. Shoot me a pm whenever you have a price. I do a ton of heat pressing lately and the air assist and multiple station would be awesome.
