One of the latest trends in decorated apparel is referred to as “shoulder,” “billboard” or “pom pom pullover” prints. A loose fit or oversized shirt or jersey is decorated with tall lettering across the back of the shoulders. Typically a school or team name is used.
Transfer Express recently added three new layouts specifically for shoulder prints to make ordering custom transfers for this look easy. Detailed directions from how to order to application can be found on its blog at http://blog.transferexpress.com/blog/use-custom-transfers-to-print-oversized-shoulder-prints/ (http://blog.transferexpress.com/blog/use-custom-transfers-to-print-oversized-shoulder-prints/) .
Ready-to-apply, one-color designs ship the same day and by ordering extras you can quickly do fill-ins for any client. Multicolor orders placed before 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, will ship in two working days or less.
For more information, contact STAHLS’ Transfer Express at (440) 918-1900; toll-free (800) 622-2280; email: info@TransferExpress.com or visit the website at www.TransferExpress.com (http://www.TransferExpress.com).

We direct print these @30"w in discharge and include halftoned icons. And the letters run over the shoulder seams. For transfers the decorators will need to specs from the distro and be sure to have a transfer machine large enough for this app.

Its done in 2 pieces. You have to line up the transfer.

Tony, do you offer contract work on these? I thought you said no!

Huge time suck. We have been toying with it and the retail price is $55-$60 per shirt. No takers thus far.

we have done a few small orders for some local high schools. just pressed them with stahls premium plus. seemed to have gone over well as we have gotten a few reorders. but yes, pain in the butt. pressing each shirt twice and lining everything up sucks.

Sorry Buddy but you are correct. I apologize if I mis-lead.
