3"-4", for me, but as usual, I always have the client sign off.

I always do 3.5" wide unless the art looks better smaller.  Rarely I do something larger, and often heat press transfers on sleeves vs direct printing them, depending on the project.

All of our US flags on sleeves are transfers, and occasional full color images (CAD Printz)

Yeah, I wasn't sure how that post would come across...... it could go one of two ways and neither one is PC for some folks. But I never have been one to be Correct about some things much less Politically! Besides that, it's been awhile since I heard that one.
