This is what happens to an Adidas Tabela Jersey when it spends 4 months inside the dryer chamber!! The gray shirt is the original color.
-
the longest we baked one for was 4 hours...the athletic gold turned texas orange...it was funny.
-
Wow, and I thought 2min for discharge was a long time.... :)
-
Well, when you want that crispy feel to a shirt, you have to be willing to put in the time to achieve the results!

A good size re-order is going to kill your production

Is a crock test considered a fail when white ink rubs off carbon-brown residue?
-
Now we know where to look for all the world's missing socks!!!!
-
You can rest assured that the ink is cured. ;D

Gotta ask, did you know that you shipped short, did the customer claim a shortage or did the shortage ever become apparent.

There was actually two in the dryer, that one and a green goalie jersey.
It was part of a larger order, the Tabelas part was over 1k units so there was allowances for misprints. They had ordered at least 200 extra figuring little Johnnys mom would order the wrong size and want to exchange it.
I wanted to ship it to the customer and up charge for special effects ;)

Poly does not have a flash temp, it's auto ignition temp depending on the fabric is over 700F. It starts to decompose and or melt around 350F.
Cotton on the other hand, tinder (loose frayed threads) has a flash point of 410F, self ignition is over 700F.
I'm more surprised it didn't melt some more. Our dryer temp runs 400-405F so it should not be a concern.
