These plastic pieces came with our new Sportsman.
For the life of me I can't figure out what they are for...

Those look like "Jesus" spacers...
The day you throw them out, you'll figure out what they're for and your first words will be "Jesus @#$%^&*"
-
those go between the plates that the platens mount on and the arm that the plate mounts to. supposedly helps the shirts not get caught between them.
Not sure if they work or not, we do have them installed on our press tho.

I seem to remember that John said that they weren't installing till monday?
ours arrived shrinkwrapped onto the control panel arm, guessing he was un-shrinkwrapping stuff to get things in position for the tech.

Exactly right. Did some un-shrink wrapping before Mondays install.

got it. We reversed an adjusting bolt to give more flexibility in leveling the pallets and it caused some hang up on the front bolt. We designed these inserts to keep any shirts from hanging up on really small sizes.

We also got those, I've tried running with and without...An for me/us we prefer them installed. Really helps with loading.

We have them on our machine, helps!

What year press did these start with?
