Title: Possible new customer wants water based ink

And though we've done a tiny little bit of it on some towels and a few simple discharge jobs, I'm not sure I want to go there. We do have the equipment for it, but no real, practical experience. This is for contract work, which means we have less control over art and substrate, and I'm not sure we really want to do this much testing for a customer that is giving off an aura of being kind of a D__K. Now I know it's all some of you do, Tony in particular, so I'm looking for some words of encouragement, or to walk away...

OK, I've had some private discussion, and maybe we'd be better off helping the customer find a WB printer in the New England area, if there are any takers...
