We have just invested in Newmans and need the adaptor pins for the E-type. I realise they are cheaper in the States and wondered the best supplier for them?
Many thanks

I have a customer who has an over abundance of them. I'll check and see if they want to sell any. How many do you need?

there are several different versions of the screens and adapters. I have two boxes (4 different kinds) of the pins that don't work with our screens.
Make sure whatever you get works with your screens!

We got ours from Stretch Devices (Newman). Like Pierre says, the pins have to match the frames you're using. The tube diameter should tell you which ones you have...

The MHM adapters make the Newman frames really expensive
At Long Beach they quoted me about $84 for 23x31 frames and about $40 for the MHM adapters.
Is there a cheaper alternative for the MHM adapters.

Begs the question Why? Why are there a ton of used Newmans as well? Closed shops, or change in direction?

Less need for Newmans. Great improvements in mesh and inks mean Newman frames are just one of valid options for HQ prints.

When we were quoted for an MHM press it included pins for all our Newmans.

That's why they are that expensive. All of us who buy them later on, pay for yours????

Ok they are Newmans 23 x 31's
I am pretty sure that they are M3's The roller measurement is around 1 5/8's
Would those pins fit?
Cheers

I'll check that out, maybe MHM have adaptors for Newman frames but that's unlikely.
I was quoted by Newman not by MHM.
I think I'll try and work with S mesh and my statics before I go for Newmans.

We bought them at MHM. They were expensive.
If I was starting out today, I would most likely go with static frames. Combining regular & thin mesh ( T and S) frames
