We print our sleeves on the manual, its becoming too time consuming. So we need to order some pallets for the auto. What are you guys normally using? What about the Triple Play pallets? Thoughts? We'd want something we can print long and short sleeves on.
Any help id be grateful.

I print mine on the manual, so some of this may not apply or you may already know. I LOVE my 6"x22" for short sleeves vs. the 4"x22", though those are necessary for smaller long sleeves. I have heard mixed reviews on the triple play pallets, and I know a local shop sold all of theirs not too long ago because they were fed up with them. I'm sure others will chime in.

We use 6" x 22".

I have the action sleeve/pocket pallets. 4" wide without rubber tops. I have used the pocket feature enough times to make it worth it. You can still use them as sleeve pallets too. That being said, if all I did was adult sleeves, 6" wide would be better and give a larger print area.

We have a full set of 4"x22". Doing it again I would get ones that are 'necked', kind of like a longneck beer bottle, with 4" on one side, flip it for 6" on the other. The long sleeve Ts could still get on there loading from the 4" side since the platen would be shaped like the taper of the sleeve and then you have the option to print 5" wide on the flip side. That 6" side would be a go-to for direct printed private labels, and other small items. Heck, we use 8" wide platens to print zip hoodie hearts so we would also use the 6" side for that....writing this really makes me wish we had these now...
Never was very attracted to the double/triple sleeves, seems very hard to pull off a design like that without all kinds of deflection.

We have Action 4" but we had them made shorter than normal, I think it's easier printing the sleeves on a shorter board, you don't have to pull the sleeve far up the board.

Another trick you can do with these is only put the rubber on the section you want to print on. This gives you that extra 1/8" for the shirt to drop off, keeps the off contact from getting too screwy at the back of the platen where the shirt shoulder is all bunched up.

I have 4" works ok for sleeves, and great for printing collapsible can koozies, but it would be nice to have some 6" for sweat pants.

5x22 here. Always been good for what we need. Even on long sleeves.

Zoo City, that's the whole idea of shorter platens.
We just put the sleeve on the end of the platen, the shirt is hanging, not on the platen.
Much faster and easier to load.
