I have a M&R Diamondback 6/8 Press around 4 yrs old. In the morning when we come in and get everything turned on and ready to print this is what happens. The Squeegee nor Floodbar will move, the table just moves un and down. At other times when w first start the press it will flood but not print. We can turn the press on as if it were printing and after 5 minutes about it will begin to print and flood. Any ideas, I have replaced the valves but it seems odd that it kind of has to warm up before it starts to print.

You are burning oil from a tired or low quality compressor I assume. Your valves are sticking due what is called coking. The oil is being burned in the air and turning into a tar like substance inside the air line. Changing the valves will clear the problem but it will occur again if the source of the probl is not repaired or replaced.
